No-Bake Smore's (Gluten-Free)
These No-Bake Smore’s are perfect for celebrating the fall without having to breakout the campfire! Full of all of the ooey gooey goodness you love about smore’s without the extra mess!
These Smore’s use rice cakes instead of graham crackers for a healthy twist. And to make it even more fun, we use our rice cakes which are not only made of rice but have flax, chia, and quinoa in them too (we took the healthy twist seriously with this one).
Let’s get into how to make these delicious no-bake rice cake smore’s.
What you’ll need for the No-Bake Smore’s
Ready to get into what you’ll need to make these no-bake smore’s? It’s so simple you’ll only need 2 (maybe 3) ingredients. But don’t let the simplicity fool you, these are still delicious.
- Rice Cakes of Choice (we recommend Drizzilicious Chocolate Covered Rice Cakes for extra fun and flavor)
- Marshmallow Fluff
- Optional: Nut butter of choice and or chocolate (think peanut butter, nutella etc.)
How to Make No-Bake S’mores
Now that we know what you need to make these s’mores, let’s get into how to assemble these ooey gooey treats!
- Take your rice cakes (if you’re using Drizzilicious you’ll want to do frosting side down) and smear marshmallow fluff on top.
- Take another rice cake (if you’re using Drizzilicious you’ll want to do frosting side up) place it on top of the marshmallow fluff covered rice cake.
(Optional: if you’re adding in nut butter or chocolate, you’ll want to put it on the opposite rice cake for easy smearing. Of course if you’re using Drizzilicious rice cakes, you’ll want to put it on the side that doesn’t already have frosting).
